Boston scientific received information that the patient with this right ventricular (rv) lead experience muscle stimulation.The lead also displayed noise and oversensing.It was suspected that the lead had perforate the patient's ventricle.The patient underwent a surgical revision procedure where the lead was surgically abandoned and replaced.There were no additional adverse patient effects reported.
