It was reported that there was overstimulation, shocking/jolting sensation, and unable to adjust stimulation.The patient received an mri, after the mri the adaptive stim sensor portion of the implantable neurostimulator (ins) was not working correctly.When the patient laid back the intensity did not decrease like it did in the past.The patient experienced pain on the right side of the implant.Reprogramming and impedance testing was performed.After resetting the amps to a lower level and remaining in the same position for three minutes, the sensor was still not working correctly.After seeing the patient in the office, the sensor was not working correctly.The ins was re-oriented and reprogramming was performed for all the settings for the different positions of the sensor portion.The patient was doing good.If additional information is received, a follow up report will be sent.
