Event Description
It was reported that the patients left ventricular (lv) lead was causing positional phrenic nerve stimulation.A programming intervention was completed to adjust the pacing amplitude.The lead remains in use.It was noted the patient is currently enrolled in the system longevity study (sls).No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
