It was reported that one week post implant, the patient called their clinic complaining of left side pain.The patient indicated having swelling in the shoulder, arm, wrist, ankle, and foot.The patient was advised to go to the emergency room.At the emergency room an ultrasound was done on left arm and deep vein thrombosis was found in subclavian and cephalic veins.The patient was given medication subcutaneously.The patient was seen in clinic the next day and transitioned to an oral medication.The event was considered to be resolved.The device remains in use.The patient is a participant in the adapt response clinical trial.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
