Event Description
It was reported that the pump had been at minimum rate since last fall.An mri was done for the patient's sciatica.The pump was interrogated 20-30 minutes after the patient got out of the mri.The pump logs were checked twice and no motor stall was recorded.The patient had no symptoms related to the event.The pump was delivering hydromorphone and bupivacaine.
