Event Description
It was reported that the patient had syncope and the injury of a bruise due to at least two ventricular tachycardias (vt) terminating with single shocks coinciding with left ventricular (lv) lead capture management on their implantable cardioverter defibrillator (icd).The device was reprogrammed.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

Product event summary: the device was not returned for analysis.However, performance data collected from the device was received and analyzed.Analysis of the device memory indicated that during the capture management feature running, ventricular tachycardia was induced and terminated with a single shock therapy.
