It was reported during the patient's scs system implant surgery, the neuromonitor showed that sensory function had reduced to 50% for the patient's lower extremities and 30% for the patient's upper extremities.The physician paused the surgery and waited for the levels to begin returning to baseline before completing the surgery.At the end of the surgery, the patient's lower extremity function had returned to baseline and the upper extremity was improving and moving back to baseline.On (b)(6) 2015, a sjm representative met with the patient, and the patient was experiencing some weakness in her left arm and hand, but had normal function and sensation in all extremities.
