Event Description
It was reported that the patient was experiencing palpitations and an increased heart rate following a pulse generator replacement procedure.At implant, the pulse generator was not programmed to the patient's physiology.It was noted that the patient had received an av nodal ablation due to chronic atrial fibrillation.Testing was performed and appropriate settings were discovered and programmed into the device.
