Event Description
It was reported that a patient currently enrolled in the product surveillance registry (psr) clinical trial experienced diaphragmatic stimulation from their left ventricular (lv) lead.The lead exhibited high threshold levels and a lead dislodgement was verified via a chest x-ray.The lead was explanted and replaced.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
