A ge healthcare service representative performed a checkout of the equipment and was not able to confirm the exact reported complaint.The service representative did note the unit alarmed 'check flow sensors'.The flow sensor module was replaced, and the unit was returned to service.
 
Event Description
The hospital reported the bellows would not rise during a case.The unit was switched to manual ventilation to complete the case.No report of patient injury.
