Event Description
It was reported by an attorney that the patient underwent a gynecological procedure on (b)(6) 2011, and a mesh was implanted.It was reported that the patient experienced pain, erosion of her internal bodily tissue and other injuries following the procedure.It was reported that the patient has undergone multiple surgeries and revisionary procedures.No additional information was provided.

It was reported by an attorney that the patient underwent a gynecological surgical procedure on (b)(6) 2011 and mesh was implanted concurrently with laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy, and bilateral salphingo-oophorectomy.It was reported that the patient underwent sling revision/removal of vaginal mesh and cystoscopy due to obstructive symptoms, urinary urgency and frequency on (b)(6) 2013 by (b)(6), do at (b)(6) hospital.
