Service spoke with biomed who reported that their site had a power glitch, now the infimed i5 computer powers up into an (b)(6) screen and then will not power up into the application.Field service engineer (fse) went on site and found the computer system hard drive was corrupted after loss of power.Fse utilized `system recovery' in windows to bring the system to a previous stable configuration and computer functioned normally.Fse then verified proper operation according to service checklist (b)(4) and returned the system to the customer fully functional.
