Event Description
Boston scientific received information that this right atrial (ra) lead was an attempted implant.During the implant procedure, when the helix was extended, it appeared as though the lead did not meet specifications through fluoroscopic evaluation.The p-wave amplitude was also lower than expected.The lead was repositioned, however the same observations were noted.This lead was extracted and another lead was successfully implanted.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
