Event Description
Information was received from a regarding a patient who was implanted with a neurostimulator for spinal pain.The patient reported that the device worked for 2 years after implant with no trouble and then all of a sudden it quite working where it was.Stimulation had changed.It was higher up and so they moved it down.The patient stated that the leads had come out of the bottom of their ear and was about an inch and a half from the bottom of their ear in their neck.It was reported that ever since they moved it down, it have been working fine.

Event Description
Additional information received from the consumer reported prior to their revision in 2015 or 2016 the lead was higher up around the top of the ear so it was moved down which worked perfect.No further complications were reported.
