Event Description
The patient (via the manufacturer's representative) reported that the patient's stimulation was surging.The stimulation issue began after the patient had a serious fall in (b)(6) 2015.The manufacturer's representative (rep) reprogrammed the implantable neurostimulator (ins) and checked impedances.It was later reported that x-rays were taken to check the leads and the patient thought one of the leads had moved.No surgical intervention occurred.The indication for use was chronic low back pain and spinal pain.
 
Event Description
Additional information received stated that the reprogramming has eliminated the issue about the stimulating surging and the patient is doing well.
