Event Description
It was reported that the patient underwent an unknown procedure on an unknown date and mesh was implanted.The patient reported that they have undergone multiple surgeries and only has six months to live.Following the procedure the patient was fifty percent incontinent and is now completely incontinent.The patient reported that her kidneys are shutting down.No additional information has been provided.
