Event Description
It was reported that unit had poor image quality, hot to touch, and firing on its own.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
The unit has not been returned for evaluation.Customer stated that the unit is working fine.Company recommended that due to the nature of the complaint, the unit should be returned for an evaluation, but the customer has not returned the unit.This concludes the investigation.
