Event Description
|
It was reported of damage from the insulin pump.The customer's blood glucose reading was 16.8 mmol/l.The customer reported that the serial number has worn off the back of the pump.The customer also stated that the down arrow has to be pushed very hard sometimes.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

|
The device had fading serial number label, scratched case and a pillowing keypad overlay.All buttons functioned properly.No damage noted on the keypad traces.During visual inspection, found the keypad connector was properly locked.
