Event Description
Information received from a healthcare provider for a clinical study reported the patient was having difficulty charging their device and only noticed stimulation when arching their back.It was noted there was a change in stimulation on (b)(6) 2015 that resulted in an unscheduled clinic or office visit.It was noted the patient had physical difficulties with recharging as well as cognitive difficulties.The event resolved without sequelae on (b)(6) 2015 after patient education, examination, and reprogramming.The event was ¿possibly related¿ to the device or therapy but not related to the implant procedure.

Event Description
Additional information received from the healthcare professional (hcp) of a clinical study reported that the implantable neurostimulator (ins) was unable to recharge.The clinical diagnosis was a change in stimulation.
