|
It was reported that during a cranial procedure, the perforator bit failed to disengage and continued to drill beyond expected time and perforated the dura.It was also reported that the surgery was delayed for 20 minutes to repair the dura.It was further reported that the patient woke up with no apparent harm and the procedure was completed successfully.
