The returned device was evaluated.During evaluation the device passed all visual and functional testing.The unit was found to visually and audibly alarm during alarm conditions.Removed ¿lock' screen and set device to the ¿neo' profile and rebooted.Device booted into same profile repeatedly.Process was repeated 6 times and each time handheld booted into the profile selected.The unit was determined to be functioning as designed.
 
Event Description
It was reported that the monitor will not retain profiles.Customer states that if they set the profile to "neo" it changes to "adult/peds".Device located in the safetynet care area toddler's 1st and 2nd.No consequences or impact to patient.
