Event Description
Information was received from a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for spinal pain.The patient reported that the therapy was turning on and off by itself.The patient reported that one incident was while she was laying on her back ¿ stimulation wasn¿t coming on, patient turned over and stimulation came on.The patient reported that another incident was when the patient was stretching ¿ stimulation cut off, moved around a little bit and stimulation came on again.There were no falls or traumas related to this issue.The patient reported that she had adaptive stimulation enabled but these positions are typical positions she found herself in and stimulation hadn¿t turned off previously.There were no medical tests or emi exposure related to this issue.The patient reported that she recharged to 100% every recharge session.The patient reported that she had an appointment with healthcare provider later this month, patient thought it was (b)(6) 2017.
