Event Description
It was reported the patient is unable to establish communication between the ipg and external devices.The programmer also reflects a communication error.The patient has not recharged the device in approximately 2.5 years.Consequently, the patient may undergo surgical intervention at a later date to address the issue.
 
Event Description
Follow-up information revealed the patient underwent surgical intervention on (b)(6) 2017 at which time the ipg was explanted and replaced.Reportedly, effective therapy was regained following the procedure and the issue is resolved.
