Event Description
Information was received about a patient implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for spinal pain.The patient reported via a family or friend that they moved and currently do not have a managing health care provider.The caller states that it has been two years since the patients device has been looked at.The device has stopped working like its suppose to and has stopped helping with the patient's pain for about a year.The caller also stated that the patient feels like she is vibrating all the time.They're are unsure if the device is "out of whack" or just needs to be reprogrammed.The patient was sent physician listings.
