Event Description
Information was received about a patient implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for spinal pain.The patient reports that they have their stimulator for back pain and that they cannot get it to set right.The device is causing them more pain.The patient states that they has had the device turned off for three days.The patient wants to get a manufacturing representative (rep) to come reprogram their device as soon as possible so that they can use it.The patient has 3 setting but cannot use any of them because the device is hurting him.The patient was recommended to follow up with their health care provider.
 
Event Description
Additional information was received from a healthcare provider (hcp).It was reported that the stimulator was reprogrammed in response to the pain.The cause of the increase in pain was unknown.No further complications were reported or anticipated.
