Event Description
Information was received from a patient with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for the treatment of spinal pain and lumbar radiculopathy.It was reported that it was taking the patient a long time to charge their ins.The patient also mentioned that the patient programmer was not user friendly.The patient did not have time to troubleshoot at the time of the report.No complications were reported.
 
Event Description
Additional information was received from the patient.The patient reported their weight at the time of the event.The patient reported that nobody gave them any training on how to recharge after they were implanted with the ins.The patient feels that the slow recharging issue is resolved.They are able to recharge in under an hour when the ins recharger is fully charged and the ins is only at 1/4 battery.No symptoms or complications were reported.
