Event Description
|
The hospital reported that, there was a complete shutdown of the machine and all ventilation was lost.There was a continuous beep heard from the back of the machine until a power on/off cycle was attempted.Rebooting failed to turn the machine on, the display did not power on, although the beep did stop.The machine was swapped with another to continue the procedure.

A ge healthcare service representative replaced the complete display assembly containing the central processor unit printed circuit board, calibrated and configured the machine, and upgraded the system software from sp3 to sp4.
