It was reported that the patient was pre-operatively diagnosed with lumbar spinal canal stenosis and underwent oblique lumbar interbody fusion(olif) with percutaneous pedicle screw (pps) fixation at levels l3/4/5.On an unknown date, postoperatively, radiculopathy developed at l5.The cage migrated/deviated causing protrusion.Reportedly, the cage might have compressed the nerve.Although revision surgery was scheduled to perform posterior decompression, the patient's symptom was recovered by nerve block injection, so that the revision surgery was canceled.
