A steris service technician arrived onsite to inspect the washer and found that the cause of the leak was due to a condensate water valve and water level switch assembly not operating properly.The technician repaired the washer, ran a test cycle and confirmed the washer to be operating properly.The washer was returned to service and no additional issues have been reported.
 
Event Description
The user facility reported that their washer chamber filled with water and was not draining properly.An employee opened the door subsequently causing water to leak out onto the floor.
