It was reported that during the implant procedure, the left ventricular (lv) lead pulled out of the coronary sinus on three occasions.A stable position was obtained and the lead seemed secure. It was noted that the lead was selected due to difficult anatomy.During the night, the lv lead dislodged. It was noted that the lead did not seem to ¿screw¿ into the vessel. The lv lead was explanted and replaced with a different lead to offer better stability. No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
