It was reported that the patient presented during a follow up in clinic.The device showed a vibratory alert stating that the capacitor charge time limit was reached.However, post interrogation, the capacitor charge time was found to be normal again.Patient was stable and had no symptoms of ventricular tachycardia (vt), ventricular fibrillation (vf) or supra ventricular tachycardia (svt).The physician suggested that the patient should undergo device replacement since the device was near to elective replacement indicator (eri).Further intervention was not reported.
