Event Description
|
Boston scientific received information that this cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) exhibited right ventricular (rv) oversensing of right atrial (ra) signals, which resulted in greater than two seconds of pacing inhibition.Additionally, the patient¿s atrial flutter was observed on the rv and shock channels; however was not being oversensed by the device.The device was reprogrammed to resolve the oversensing.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.The device remains in service.
