Event Description
This patient had initial arthroplasty in 2001 with revision surgery in 2012 for dislocation due to combined malposition of (non-stryker) cup and exeter stem.Cup malposition was addressed with cup revision to a better position with a cement-in-cement revision to an exeter short stem.
