It was reported that stent damage post deployment occurred.Vascular access was obtained via the femoral artery. The 75% stenosed, 15mm x 2.75mm, eccentric, de novo target lesion with a significant bend of > 45 and < 90 degrees was located in the moderately tortuous and mildly calcified left anterior descending artery.A 16 x 2.75mm promus premier¿ drug-eluting stent was implanted to treat the lesion. However, during post dilatation using a non-bsc balloon catheter, it was noticed that the proximal part of the stent got deformed.Another stent was then deployed and completed the procedure. No patient complications were reported and the patient's status was stable.
