Event Description
During procedure, the guidewire became stuck in the left ventricular (lv) lead.A new lv lead was implanted and the patient was in stable condition.
 
Manufacturer Narrative
As received, a complete lead was returned in one piece.The returned stylet was able to be removed from the lead body with no restriction.Visual inspection found ptfe damage on the returned stylet in multiple locations.Unable to measure the double bend region due to the condition of the lead as received.
