Event Description
I just received an enuresis alarm for my son and is not functioning as expected. The device is getting very hot when i am inserting batteries. This can't be normal operation as so much heat cannot be safe.It is rather strange that it's also making a soft click noise. The problem started when i put in batteries and the device gets from normal room temperature to warm to hot to extremely hot like it's going to burn something. It feels hotter than a cup of coffee. How can my son use this?.
