A gehc service representative performed a checkout of the equipment and confirmed the reported complaint.The base and two casters were replaced.
 
Event Description
The hospital reported that, while moving the machine, the caster separated from the base.The anesthesia machine reportedly tipped and landed on the clinician's foot.Medical evaluation was sought by the clinician.It was confirmed no injury occurred; no medical treatment was required.
