Event Description
Pre-operative interrogation of the generator showed high lead impedance above 9000 ohms, and battery indicated eos.The lead was explanted and found to be completely severed and casing was stripped off near lead break exposing wire.Full lead, including electrodes, was removed and disposed of as well as the generator.No additional or relevant information has been received to date.
