It was reported that during procedure, temporary wire was placed, and patient's heart rate was low.After the placement of all three leads and device was connected, temporary wire was removed.When the pocket was being closed, patient¿s blood pressure dropped and heart rate went up.A stat echo was performed, and an effusion was found.A pericardial synthesis was performed.It is believed that during lv lead placement, the perforation occurred.Impedances were stable when running lv lead numbers during procedure and after the device was connected.When placing lv lead the whisper wire did go through another branch that was not seen on contrast.No staining was observed.Patient was in stable condition post procedure.
