Event Description
2018-oct-05, (b)(4) (rep, hcp): information was received from a manufacturer's representative and a healthcare provider (hcp) regarding a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins).It was reported that impedances were greater than 800 ohms, during an enterra ii procedure.The ins was tested, but not implanted due to the high impedances.A second ins was implanted with no issues.No symptoms or further complications reported.

Event Description
Information was received from the rep.It was reported that the cause of the high impedance was not determined as they moved on to the second generator without troubleshooting it.Information was confirmed by physician/ account.
