Manufacturer Narrative
If information is provided in the future, a supplemental report will be issued.

Event Description
Information was received from a health care provider (hcp) regarding a patient who was implanted with a neurostimulator for chronic low back pain and spinal pain.It was reported that the patient's implantable neurostimulator (ins) could not be put into mri mode because the device was dead. The patient recently had a surgical procedure done and the patient believed the health care provider (hcp) moved the ins, pushed the ins too deep, or flipped the ins.The patient could not charge the ins and the external devices would not read it.The patient was having problems with the scs after surgery so they had a manufacturer representative look at it.The manufacturer representative tried to read the device put could not pick up a reading because the ins was too deep.No further complications were reported.
