Event Description
|
It was reported that during a pulse generator replacement procedure, the left ventricular lead exhibited high capture thresholds and loss of capture in several vector configurations once connected to the new pulse generator.The lead was connected to the pacing system analyzer, and loss of capture was still seen.During testing, the lead exhibited noise, and an insulation issue was suspected.The lead was turned off and the patient was stable post-procedure.
