Event Description
It was reported that the patient experienced diaphragmatic pacing and the left ventricular (lv) lead threshold was decreased.The patient later returned to the clinic due to shortness of breath and the swelling of their feet, ankles and legs.The lv lead thresholds were reprogrammed again and the patient's medication was adjusted.The lv lead remains in use.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
