It was reported that the patient had the spectra penile prosthesis removed due to patient dissatisfaction as the patient was not happy with the spectra.The patient did not like the resolute.A new inflatable penile prosthesis consisting of cylinders, pump, and reservoir were implanted.The patient outcome was reported as now satisfied.
