According to the reporter, during the procedure of liver cancer, there were two dissector immediately gave a red light after five minutes when the jaw was broken in the patient's body.The broken part was found and taken out of the patient's cavity.Replaced with new similar dissector and it worked fine which completed the procedure.There was no patient injury.
