Event Description
Information was received from a consumer regarding a patient with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for non-malignant pain.It was reported that the patient was having trouble charging the ins and thought the ins was dead.The patient confirmed the controller showed that the controller battery was full and the ins was empty.The patient said the controller displayed a no device found (screen 16) and an unable to recharge (screen 74).On the call the patient tried a passive recharge mode but after several attempts it showed up as unable to recharge.The patient was directed follow up with their healthcare professional.No symptoms were reported.No further complications were reported/anticipated.

Event Description
Additional information was received from the patient.The patient reported that the circumstances that led to the inability to charge and stimulator being dead was that she couldn¿t find the unit to charge it.The patient reported that she was just taking time to find her sweet spot.The patient reported that the inability to charge and stimulator being dead was resolved.No further complications were reported.
