The customer reported a "inop speaker defective" error message and it was also confirmed that the speaker was unable to produce an audible sound.It is unclear whether the device was being used on or off the network.The device was not in use on a patient.

The failed device has not been returned through the exchange program to philips as of 06aug2019.
