Event Description
Information was received from a healthcare provider via a manufacturing representative about a patient with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for unknown indications for use.It was reported that during the lead implant procedure the burr hole cover would not clip and hold the lead in place.The hcp tried to loosen and reposition the burr hole cover, but it still would not clip and hold the lead.The burr hole cover was explanted and replaced and the issue was resolved.There were no symptoms reported.No further complications were reported or anticipated.
