Event Description
Medtronic received information from the patient stating that 2 years 6 months post implant of this 23mm mitral bioprosthetic valve, the valve was explanted and replaced with a non-medtronic valve.The reason for replacement was reported as "the valve was not working properly".No additional adverse patient effects were reported. .
