Date received by manufacturer: 20 july 2019.Date of this report: 13 november 2019.The field service engineer (fse) replaced user interface board and internal battery.Ran battery charging test, reloaded system software, ran system calibration and ran performance verification.All testing passed.The determination could not be made that the device failed to meet specifications.It is unknown if the device was being used for treatment when the reported event occurred, and there is not relationship of the device to the reported problem.No parts were returned for failure investigation, therefore the root cause at the component level could not be determined.
